Built on the hillside, one bloom at a time.
Casa Flora began as a simple idea: Kampala deserved a floral house that treated flowers like material for design, not filler for a gift shop shelf.
A studio built around consultation, not inventory.
Most flower shops sell what's already cut. We work the other way around — every order starts with a conversation about the room, the person, and the occasion, and only then do we select stems from our network of growers around Kampala.
Founded in 2026 and based in Muyenga, Bukasa, Casa Flora is built to scale from single bouquets to full wedding installations without losing the hand-finished quality that got us started.
- Design-led, not catalogue-led
- Hand-tied, never machine-wrapped
- Same-day sourcing where possible

Three commitments, every order.
Craft Over Speed
Every arrangement is hand-tied by a designer, start to finish — never assembled on a line.
Honest Sourcing
We name our growers where we can, and we don't dress up imported stems as local ones.
Considered Delivery
Kept upright, hand-carried, and timed to your window — not dropped at the gate.
